The Land Trust announced today it has conserved 58 acres of land along Whychus creek northeast of Sisters, Oregon. The new Aspen Hollow Preserve includes ½ mile of Whychus Creek, rimrock cliffs, as well as pine and aspen stands that are home to a host of wildlife species.
The Land Trust recently added a new section of trail from the northernmost section of the Preserve onto the 2014 addition to the Preserve.
The Land Trust's 2015 Walk + Hike series has begun! From April-November Land Trust volunteer naturalists lead more than 110 free walks, hikes, and bike rides at various Land Trust protected lands.
