In Memoriam: Ben Westlund
It's with great sadness that the Deschutes Land Trust notes the passing of a long time friend of the Land Trust. Ben Westlund passed away last Sunday following a long fight with cancer.

The Deschutes-Ochoco Resource Advisory Committee awarded $40,000 to the Deschutes Land Trust to conduct fuels reduction work on the Metolius Preserve.
