Friends of the Forest Earth Day Trail Work

Volunteers will install new signage along the Suttle Lake trails north of Sisters in Central Oregon. The new signs will help guide visitors as they connect to the new Lake Creek Trail which runs through the Land Trust's Metolius Preserve.

Celebrate this Earth Day by volunteering at the Friends of the Forest Day at Suttle Lake.  Volunteers will help the Friends of the Metolius install new signage along the Suttle Lake trails north of Sisters in Central Oregon. The new signs will help guide visitors as they connect to this beautiful area of the Deschutes National Forest. 

Volunteers will enjoy beautiful views and meet new people as they work to make a difference in their community this Earth Day. Friends of the Forest of all ages are welcome. Morning refreshments will be provided for registered volunteers.

Participants are asked to bring their own lunch.
