Round up for the Land Trust. REI Bend has designated the Land Trust as their charity of choice this holiday season. While shopping there, you'll have the opportunity to donate to the Deschutes Land Trust when you check out. Consider rounding up your purchase to the nearest dollar, or adding on $5… $10… or more! 100% of your donation will go directly to support land conservation in Central Oregon. |

Take your beloved on a hike in any of your Deschutes Land Trust Community
Preserves. One suggestion is to hike or ski the Lake Creek Trail which
runs through the Metolius Preserve on its way to Suttle Lake. Other
ideas include winter photography at Indian Ford Meadow Preserve or a stunning views of the Three Sisters from Whychus Canyon Preserve. Follow it up with coffee and treats from a local
coffee house in Sisters or a special dinner out on the town and you've given them a memory that will last forever. |
