Explore the unique plant life of the Metolius basin.

Join Paul Edgerton for a plant walk around the largest of the Land Trust’s Preserves--the Metolius Preserve. The plant world of the Metolius basin is unique combining wet plants from the west side of the Cascades with the drier eastern Cascade vegetation. We’ll explore the trees and shrubs of this fascinating transition zone and potentially see some summer wildflowers.
