The Land Trust is always working on new land conservation projects in Central Oregon. At any given time we may be working to conserve a farm or ranch, habitat for native fish, or lands important to local communities. A sampling of our current projects include:

Back to Home Waters: Land conservation for the return of salmon and steelhead. Learn more about one of these projects: Whychus Canyon.

Deschutes County Greenprint: A partnership with the Trust for Public Land and Bend Metro Parks and Rec District to plan for future trails, parks, and scenic natural areas. Learn more.

Skyline Forest: A 33,000 acre former tree farm that contains important wildlife habitat and protects the scenic green foothills that set off the Central Oregon Cascades. Learn more about Skyline Forest.
