The Deschutes Land Trust is proud to be a member-supported organization. Nearly 1,500 families and businesses invest in land conservation in Central Oregon annually and monthly. Telling others about our work and your Land Trust experiences is an easy way to show your support. Did you recently visit a Land Trust Preserve? Share your photos with us via email or on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram (don’t forget to tag #deschuteslandtrust) and let others see just how special Central Oregon's protected lands are to you!

Other creative ways to get involved:

  • Celebrate your milestones with us: We wholeheartedly support being added to wedding registries, birthday wishlists, and helping you celebrate life's milestones. The Land Trust also offers gift memberships and will send a card letting the honoree know a gift has been made in their honor. Contact Jana Hemphill for more information, or make a donation online in honor of a loved one.

  • Plan a private event with us: Would you like to host the Deschutes Land Trust at your next book club, Rotary meeting, or neighborhood gathering? We'd love to join you! Please email Jana Hemphill with your event information, including date and time.

  • Designate the Land Trust as an event beneficiary: Do you have a local's night? Or a charity month? We'd love to partner with you to help strengthen our community. Please contact Sarah Mowry for more information.
