Barbed Wire Removal

Help the Land Trust prepare Willow Springs Preserve for an upcoming restoration project! Volunteers will remove old barbed wire, fencing material, and fence posts from the Preserve. Your efforts will help begin to restore and improve wildlife habitat along the portion of Whychus Creek at Willow Springs Preserve.

Rating: Work party with moderate physical activity that includes digging and pulling posts out of uneven ground.

 

What to Bring: Face covering (homemade is fine), hand sanitizer, work gloves, snacks/lunch, sunglasses/eye protection, and sturdy, closed-toed shoes. Dress for the weather.
