On April 3rd, Crux Fermentation Project will release its second Gypsy Coolship beer brewed on the road at the Land Trust's Metolius Preserve!

Crux's Gypsy Coolship project involves brewing beers on the road and in the open air embracing all that funk that Mother Nature has to offer. This second coolship experiment is dry, floral, and slightly funky thanks to a night spent beneath the pines of the Metolius Preserve, "dry-hopped" with fir tips, flowers, and other forest flavors.

Join us for a virtual beer release to taste all that fun! How will that work? Crux is currently open for takeout orders at their walk-up window. You can order online or order when you arrive, but Friday is your first chance to take home a limited edition 750ml bottle of Gypsy Coolship No. 2. Then, take a photo of you with your Metolius Preserve-brewed beer and share it with us on social!

As an added perk, $1 per bottle of this new beer will be donated to the Land Trust!
