Intermediate Mountain Bike Ride, Green Ridge

**This walk has been canceled.**

Join the Deschutes Land Trust and Mark Reed for a 10 mile intermediate* mountain bike ride on the Green Ridge Trail. Learn more about the Land Trust's work in the Metolius region as you take in the magnificent views of the Metolius River valley and the Cascade mountains. Explore recent fire history in the region and look for colorful Washington lilies and migrating elk along the way. Registration is required and opens 1 month prior to the event. This outing will only proceed if pandemic conditions allow.

*Intermediate-level riders are riders in good physical condition and comfortable riding in areas of loose dirt and sandy soil. Riders should be able to ride over obstacles in the trail such as rocks and vegetation. This ride does not take place on smooth, well-packed trails. It is a mix of logging roads and trails with some climbs and descents.
