2017 Nature Nights Series Announced

Nature Nights are back! We've just released our 2017 slate of presenters and we hope you'll join us for these monthly presentations designed to bring the nature of Central Oregon to you.


We are very pleased to announce this year's slate of Nature Nights!
From trails to frogs to black bears, the Land Trust is offering free, these monthly presentations are a great way to come in from the cold and get your nature fix before spring.

Nature Nights are held January-March at the Tower Theatre in Bend. Join us for good beer and great conversation, and the following topics:

  • Tuesday, January 31st, 7-8:30pm: My life on trails with trails specialist John Shubert. Learn more and register.
  • Wednesday, February 22nd, 7-8:30pm: The Oregon Spotted Frog with biologist Jay Bowerman. Registration opens January 22nd, learn more.
  • Wednesday, March 22nd, 7-8:30pm: Behind the scenes with black bears with biologist Dana Sanchez. Registration opens February 22nd, learn more.


All Nature Nights are free and start at 7pm at the Tower Theatre in Bend. Tickets are required and registration opens a month prior to each talk. We recommend getting your tickets early, as Nature Nights tend to sell out!
