Roll up your sleeves and help the Deschutes Land Trust spread native grass seed into areas impacted by heavy machinery during the Flat Fire. Volunteers will spread grass seed with electric spreaders and rakes in the temporary roads that were built by bulldozers as they fought the Flat Fire at Whychus Canyon Preserve. Your efforts will help restore healthy habitat for wildlife. Get your hands dirty and have fun while making a difference in Central Oregon.

What to bring: Work gloves (if you have them), snacks/lunch, and closed toe shoes. Dress for the weather.
