The Land Trust is excited to introduce you to our new 1,099-acre Paulina Creek Preserve near La Pine, Oregon and Newberry National Volcanic Monument. The Preserve boasts ponderosa and lodgepole pine forest, more than three miles of Paulina Creek, wet and dry meadows, and habitat for a wide range of wildlife from frogs and fish to native bees and monarch butterflies, songbirds and bats. The newly protected land also helps mitigate the impacts of climate change and provides valuable connections to the outdoors for the local community.
