As we begin 2024, the Land Trust would like to bid a fond farewell to our board member Danielle Lordi, who completed her term at the end of 2023. Her dedication, time, and passion was immeasurable to our success, and we thank Danielle for her years of service.
Danielle Lordi joined the Board of Directors in 2016. She moved from Eugene to Bend in 2010, drawn, like many, to its natural beauty. An avid birder, Danielle became acquainted with the Deschutes Land Trust and its work as a bird survey volunteer. She is passionate about conserving Central Oregon's beautiful places and wildlife. In addition to birding, Danielle enjoys hiking, kayaking, and cross-country skiing.
