Ready to take the next step in your Land Trust bird survey orientation? Then join the Deschutes Land Trust for a site orientation at Paulina Creek Preserve. We’ll show you where to survey, what routes to follow, and share important details about property rules and boundaries.

Note: you must have completed the first steps in the bird survey orientation process to join this training.

Rating: This is an easy 1-2 mile hike on dirt and gravel roads. Portions may be off-trail through a grassy meadow. Terrain will be uneven at times.

What to bring: Binoculars (if you have them), snacks, water, closed toe shoes. Dress for the weather.

This is an adult-only work party. Volunteers 18 and over are welcome.
